- Creating companion resources to the nist-ai-rmf-1-0 for generative-ai
- Establishing technical conditions for models subject to reporting requirements
- Leading international efforts on AI standards development
- Developing frameworks for content authentication and synthetic content detection
The Secretary of Commerce is authorized to use powers granted under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act to carry out AI-related security provisions of the executive order.
