Strategic plan required under executive-order-14179-removing-barriers-american-ai-leadership to achieve the policy of sustaining and enhancing America's global AI dominance. Must be developed within 180 days by the assistant-to-president-science-technology, special-advisor-ai-crypto, and assistant-to-president-national-security-affairs in coordination with other senior officials.

The plan must address how to "promote human flourishing, economic competitiveness, and national security" through AI leadership. It represents a shift toward prioritizing American competitiveness and innovation in AI development, moving away from the comprehensive regulatory approach of the revoked executive-order-14110.
